1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after the order is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins strictly after WhatsApp or telephonic confirmation.

2. Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location in India.

Please note: Delivery to remote areas or during extreme weather conditions/festive rushes may take an additional 2-3 days.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Prepaid Shipping across India on all orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling fee may apply, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your package's journey in real-time.
