Return and Refund Policy
At Dream Shop (proudly operated by King Tech Solutions), we strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry you purchase brings you joy. Due to the delicate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we have formulated a comprehensive Return and Replacement Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:
The item received is physically damaged or broken during transit.
The item received is defective or non-functional.
An incorrect product was delivered to you.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," "did not like the design," or "size issues." Please review the product description and dimensions carefully before placing an order.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
The video must show the shipping label clearly before opening the package.
The package must be opened in the video, and the damage/defect must be clearly shown in the same continuous clip.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will be immediately rejected to prevent fraudulent activities.
3. How to Initiate a Claim
If your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of successful delivery.
Send an email to thedreamshop.in@gmail.com or contact us at +91 8101491746 with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video attached.
Our quality check team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Approval: Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or ask you to dispose of the severely damaged item.
Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered email/phone number to collect your bank details.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account after approval.
5. Return to Origin (RTO) / Failed Deliveries
For prepaid orders, if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated unavailability, a nominal shipping and handling fee will be deducted before issuing a refund. Repeated rejection of COD orders will result in the customer's IP and address being permanently blacklisted from future COD purchases.
