1. Non-Refundable Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products (instant downloadable PDF worksheets), all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds or cancellations once the transaction is completed and the download link has been delivered to your email or screen.

2. Exceptions & Technical Issues

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you encounter any genuine technical problems—such as corrupted files, broken links, or if you did not receive access after successful payment:

• Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase at thedreamshop.in@gamil.com or via WhatsApp.
• Provide your order receipt and transaction ID.
• Our technical team will verify the issue and provide a fully functional download link within 24 hours.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate transactions or technical errors where money is debited twice for a single order, the extra amount will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
